Our programs cater for people of all ages and riding abilities. They promote exercise, wellbeing and social interaction. We also specialise in working with people with disabilities & mental health. Private and small group lessons are also available.
Types of Bikes:
- Training wheels and trike – learners and beginners
- Adult sized balance bike – learners and beginners
- Kids bikes
- BMX bikes
- Mountain bikes
- Cruisers
- Wheelchair bike – sit back, relax and cruise; our staff will take you for a leisurely ride.
Leisure Riding:
- Ride on local cycleways of your choice in the Illawarra around the beaches, farms and mountains
- Ride on single-track cross-country trails at a leisurely pace, including beginner and intermediate levels
Disabilities:
- Tailored programs to suit the requirements of each individual
- Different bikes to accommodate various skill levels
- Providing an outlet to overcome adversity
BMX:
- Hosted at Southlake BMX club (Albion Park), Macarthur BMX Club (Camden) & ThreeSixty Indoor Skatepark (Wollongong)
- Build beginner-advanced bike handling skills
- Introduction to racing
Mountain Biking:
- Hosted at Helensburgh Off Road Club
- Build beginner-advanced bike handling skills
- Introduction to the sport
Out of School Programs:
- After school or during school holidays and weekends
- We’ll provide your child with a program for up to half a day
- Includes a leisure ride of your choice and skill building
- We can provide transports
